This event is perfect for beginner and experienced competitors and a great way to stay active and have fun. Bike and run while your parents record your time. A suggested bike and run route for East Side Sports Complex will be emailed within 48 hours of registration or choose your own route for fun in your neighborhood!
Complete your race anytime between July 18-25, and submit your race results and a race selfie to [email protected]. Race distances vary per age group. Awards presented to the top athletes. Goody bag for all participants includes race t-shirt, a finisher medal and much more. Goody bag pick up and results will be available following the event, the week of July 26.
Ages 5-7: Bike 1 Mile, Run 1/2 Mile
Ages 8-10: Bike 2 Miles, Run 1/2 Mile
Ages 11-15: Bike 5 Miles, Run 1 Mile
Ages 16-18: Bike 8 Miles, Run 1 Mile
